Pizza Pushover

One of my sons loves pizza. I mean seriously, what kid doesn't like pizza but with my son we're talking he could eat it everyday and most days he asks me for pizza for lunch or dinner. I've limited his intake to just once a week but finally I have come up with a healthy alternative to making his favorite dish for lunch.

Last week I was out of bread and found 2 of the Arnold Wheat Sandwich Thins leftover in my house. So I took a shot at making pizza out of them. After spreading a little sauce, mozzarella & cheese I baked them in a 400 degree oven for less than 10 minutes and they came out perfect. Now, I don't feel so bad when he asks me for pizza and knowing that 1 sandwich thin is 100 calories makes me feel even better.
